All buildings 15 meter or taller require approval of Fire Fighting Scheme from local Fire and Emergency Services Department. Once building construction is complete in all aspects then obtaining NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory. Fire NOC is issued for a period of one Calendar year and renewal of Fire Fighting scheme is must before the expiration of previously issued Fire NOC.
