| Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the eligible contractors/firms enlisted on the approved list of PWD (B&R), PWD (PH), HUDA, HHSAMB, CPWD, Municipalities for the works as mentioned below for the following Development works so as to reach in office of undersigned on or before 16.06.2014 upto 3:00 PM on the prescribed form MW-IV obtainable form this office on the payment of Rs. 500/- for the work amounting to upto Rs. 10 Lacs (Non Refundable). The terms & conditions are as under:-
1. The tender form will only be issued to enlisted contractor who produced their earnest money in shape of deposit at call in favor of Municipal Corporation Ambala or cash against receipt.
2. Detailed estimate can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day during office Hours.
3. Tender forms will be issued upto 5:00 PM on dated 12.06.2014.
4. The Commissioner Municipal Corporation Ambala has right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason.
5. Tender will be opened in the presence of The Commissioner. Municipal Corporation. Ambala or his representative authorized by him in the presence of such contractor who may be present there and will be received in the office of SDO (C) Ambala.
6. No material will be issued by the department. |
